Terms & Conditions of Agreements with Xceleran Business Funding Solutions, Inc. (“XBFSI” or “the Company”)
 
These Terms and Conditions, if not listed in your Agreement with XBFSI, are additive for all XBFSI Agreements UNLESS specifically agreed to, otherwise, in any XBFSI Agreement
 
Payment Terms:
Payment for the Company’s services are up front unless otherwise agreed via financing arrangements.
 
Disclaimer & As-Is Provisions
Most of the Terms of this Agreement are extremely straight forward and between how the Agreement is written and what is listed on the Company’s (“XBFSI”) Website, there should be no need for further explanations. Still, let us proceed with extreme caution and spell out disclaimers and as-is provisions here. Please see below.
  • XBFSI is not providing financial advice. The Company is providing how to obtain funding or how to become bankable. The methods are proven and guided.
  • XBFSI is not guaranteeing any results as in guaranteeing funding.
  • If payments are not made by the purchaser, XBFSI is going to cut off Products and/or Services at the earliest time unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • Cancellations through Credit Card Companies to stop Recurring Charges for agreements that carry financing are not valid forms of cancellation through this Agreement. 
  • Any and ALL cancellations need to be done in writing (email is fine) from the signer of the agreement/license holder with administrative authority. XBFSI cannot accept written instructions for cancellation of services from anyone but the signer of our agreements/license holders (administration level).
  • If there are adjustments in the economy, landscape, law, global events, currencyvalues/rests, and/or but not limited to corporate changes at partners such as but not limited in any way, due to force majeure events and/or evolutions, then XBFSI reserves the right toadjust pricing and/or other terms to contracts accordingly.
  • Invoices due and/or contracts agreed to with XBFSI are settled in U.S. Dollars. Should the US Dollar be replaced with a different or modified currency, obligations to XBFSI would be due in that new or replaced currency.
